CAN I PURCHASE AN INDIVIDUAL ITEM FROM CUSTOM APPAREL?

No, sorry. Individual items are not available for purchase from Custom Apparel. We only accept a minimum order of 75 garments and we don’t keep stock items for individual sale.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Your garments should be delivered to you within approximately 8-10 weeks after we receive all of the students payments. If you have any special turnaround requirements, please give us a call and we’ll discuss them with you and work something out.

DO WE HAVE TO USE YOUR DESIGN LAB TO DESIGN OUR JACKET?

No, our design lab is simply there to make your life easier. It helps you with choosing the colours for each part of the jacket, where to place badges, inserting your Nickname and gives you a better idea of how the Jacket will turn out. However, you can also design your own in Photoshop or any other program of your choice, as you may want to insert your school’s logo on the Jacket. Then just send the design to us and we will approve it and get back to you.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SAMPLE GARMENTs TO BE SENT TO ME?

Not at all. We will cover all costs related to the sending and receiving of sample garments.

HOW MANY CHARACTERS CAN MY NICKNAME HAVE?

You can have up to 12 characters in the nickname on any garment. Characters can be upper or lower case and can include any numbers or symbols that you’d find on a computer keyboard.

CAN YOU COME TO OUR SCHOOL TO HELP THE DESIGN PROCESS?

Yes, we can definitely come to your school and assist you in the designing process and answer any questions you have, free of charge 

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE SAMPLE GARMENTS BEFORE I HAVE TO RETURN THEM?

All samples must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the garments.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 28 days. Our Team is standing by to help, and will endeavour to resolve any issue for you as fast as possible.
